The email subject line did say decal so i should of caught it before arriving for pick up. But i never mentioned i wanted just a decal, i wanted a outdoor sign. No issue getting it resolved though.

. | Signs NowIt took quite a while for the sign to be done & I didn't hear anything from Signs Now about the process. I had to call the store to find out the status of my order. I emailed first but did not get a reply, so that' when I called. The work looks good; I am satisfied with the end product. If I'd been communicated with from the beginning that you were short-staffed then I wouldn't have minded. But I requested a certain date by which time I wanted the work done, and it was only becasue I called that I found out that date wasn't going to happen, and that it was over two weeks after my orginial request date. No one explained that the order isn't put into the service queue until the design was approved either. So I didn't realize that while we were trying to get the design right, we still weren't in line for having someone come out. All in all, if someone had explained from the beginning that my requested completion date could not be met, and how the process worked, then I would have been fine with the timeline, but evey time I needed to check on the status was because I called the store. No one was proactive in giving me information.
